I want to share my experience with Industry Elite. I was first approached by Mr. Reuben Barron about my roof and the need for it to be replaced, the first thing I noticed was his professionalism and knowledge. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail. In the past I never received this much detail from any other roofing companies.I decided to go ahead and proceed with industry elite to replace my roof that had hail damage, I put in the claim with my insurance company and to my surprise they denied the claim not once but twice. Reuben told me that he would negotiate and fight with the insurance company if needed. Deep inside I didn't think he could pull it off. (Kind of David and Goliath situation).To my surprise Reuben actually got me the approval and I have a new roof, this man is an asset to this company and he is not only professional, patient, and very knowledgeable his customer service is excellent.I would highly recommend Industry Elite to help anyone with... their roof, but most importantly definitely ask for Reuben Barron to come out and help you. Had roof damage and was referred to Reuben from Industry Elite Services. Reuben came over and explained the entire process and contacted insurance to run through claim. When it was time for work to begin, they called and explained when supplies would be delivered. The whole process was explained and it looks great! Thank you very very much!

Corey was very responsive and helpful through the entire process. The team that installed our roof was respectful and hardworking. Talked to a couple of the team members and they were really nice. The project took 3 days and they cleaned up after every day. Roof looks great!

Jorge from the office came out several times to also check on the progress and to ask if we had any questions or concerns. We are so pleased with the results. Entire process and people at Industry Elite was wonderful! From Tim Doctor to all the workers, everything was great and done in a very timely manner! They removed and replaced the roof and gutters in just a few days and left the surroundings immaculate! Everyone was very nice, polite, and trustworthy! I had my roof replaced by Industry Elite Services in September due to hail damage. I am completely satisfied with their top-notch, quality work. Tim Doctor worked with me from start to finish and was knowledgeable, detail-oriented and professional. It was a very busy time for roofers in general due to the widespread hail damage, but you would never have guessed that based on the personal attention and follow-through I received. I chose this company based on a friend's recommendation and would choose them again.
